As a Trained International Chef, Restaurateur, TV Host, and Cookbook Author hailing from Bondi Beach, Australia, I consider myself fortunate to have made a livelihood from pursuing my passions.

I’m not just a surfer, free diver, and rock climber; I’m also a trained international chef with experience in some of Australia’s finest restaurants. My journey began with the opening of my first café, ‘Depot in North Bondi,’ at the age of 21. Subsequently, I ventured into establishing an international food and travel media brand, Bondi Harvest where we opened two Bondi Harvest cafés, one in Bondi Junction, Australia, and the other in Culver City, USA.

I’ve had the privilege of hosting six international food and travel series, all produced by Bondi Harvest and distributed by TasteMade. Additionally, I co-produced and hosted the Bondi Harvest TV show “Summer Cooking,” currently enjoying global distribution with Fremantle Media, airing on esteemed channels such as SBS, Qantas Inflight, Food Network, Hulu, and Foxtel.

Among my career highlights are appearances on The NBC Today Show (viewed by over 10 million people), Home & Hallmark Channel, The Morning Show, Studio 10, and My Kitchen Rules. With Bondi Harvest’s support, I’ve also authored two internationally acclaimed cookbooks, “Simple, Sustainable” & “Balance,” published by HarperCollins.

Presently, I’m co owner of our newest Depot Cafe Location at 132 warners avenue and in the process of opening our second location at Vrtus, 209 Bondi Rd, Bondi NSW 2026.
