Guy was invited to create a menu inspired by some of California’s best season produce for the team at Cal-Organics & Grimm ways farms.
The dinner was set in Bakersfield California, 5 course set in a 100 year old heritage barn surrounded by organics fields of produce and breathtaking mountains. As guests arrived they were met with snacks, canapés and a refreshing aperol sprits. They then explored and were taken on a tour of the farm before settling in for a four corse meal loaded with organic in season produce.
