The perfect combination of food, great people and a killer beach house really sets the scene for the second Sporteluxe Table for 12 event. 

Set at a beautiful beachside house in Malibu Sporteluxe the table for 12 event combined together twelve like-minded influential women for delicious feast, some inspiring conversation and celebrate of the hottest trend in health and beauty right now CBD & Cannabis. Joining the event was two industry leaders in the CBD market Hemple, and newly launched skincare label, They Call Her Alfie. To join the celebration I created a CBD inspired healthy menu, A Lunch leas full of in season makes vegetables infused with CBD and other medicinal spices.

The menu

• Avocado pesto and zucchini ribbon salad with shaved parmesan dressed with Hemple CBD lemon vinaigrette
• Seasonal rainbow bowl with baked carrots, brown rice, tabbouleh and kale with a turmeric and tahini dressing
• Salad of maple roasted Brussel sprouts, sesame avocado wedges and fresh mint.
• Miso and mushroom baked cod
• Dessert: Gluten-free Banana loaf with cherry compote and CBD sweet cream
